Unsubscribe from a Service

If you are referred to Mira Networks to unsubscribe from a service please follow these steps:


  1. Call 086 110 MIRA (6472)

  2. Press 1 for unsubscribe, type in your cell number and press the # key,

  3. OR press 2 for an operator and a Customer Care agent will assist you to log your unsubscribe request;



Unsubscribe requests take up to 2 work days to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation SMS from us as soon as your unsubscribe request was logged by our Customer Care agents. The SMS will provide you with the details of the content provider responsible for deducting your airtime.

If you do not receive a SMS confirmation from Mira Networks within 2 work days please follow up with our Call Center agents or contact us immediately via email on feedback@mira.co.za.
