Unsubscribe from a Service

You will receive a confirmation SMS as soon as your unsubscribe request has been logged. It will contain the details of the content provider that deducted your airtime.

If you do not receive SMS confirmation within two working days, please call us on 086 110 MIRA (6472) or email: feedback@miranetworks.net

Identify SMS or short code owner

Find out who is billing you by visiting the SMS Code website.

Simply enter the long or short code of the SMS message you received. The directory will provide you with the contact details of the company responsible for billing you.

Consumers who have problems with subscription services or any content should lodge formal complaints to the SMS regulator: WASPA (www.waspa.org.za).
