service for our content
provider clients.
Our Customer Care agents will log your unsubscribe request and you
will receive a confirmation SMS with all the details of the service
you have subscribed to. We refer all queries to the relevant content
provider that is responsible for your airtime deduction and will
follow up with the content provider on behalf of the consumer.

our content clients in South Africa are WASPA registered members
and we ensure the services they offer are compliant and above board.
