We provide a platform and message bearer services to key players within the mobile technology sector, including international and local application service providers, web and mobile content developers. We do not sell services, we create a platform for content providers to plug and play.

Mira is a technology service provider that provides solutions such as traffic management, access, integration, MT Billing and Premium Billing administration and reporting to its clients, who in turn provide content and applications to consumers.

Mira Networks Customer Service provide a first line unsubscribe service for our content provider clients.

Our Customer Care agents will log your unsubscribe request and you will receive a confirmation SMS with all the details of the service you have subscribed to. We refer all queries to the relevant content provider that is responsible for your airtime deduction and will follow up with the content provider on behalf of the consumer.

All our content clients in South Africa are WASPA registered members and we ensure the services they offer are compliant and above board.
