Our Customer Care agents will log your unsubscribe request and you will receive a confirmation sms with all the details of the service you have subscribed to. We refer all queries to the relevant content provider that is responsible for your airtime deduction and will follow up with the content provider on behalf of the consumer. All our content clients are WASPA registered members and we ensure the services they offer are compliant and above board. SMS regulator WASPAMira Networks urges consumers that have problems with regards to subscriptions services or any content to lodge formal complaints to the SMS regulator WASPA (www.waspa.org.za). They can report any un-compliant service to WASPA and a formal process is followed thereafter. WASPA logs the query and sends it to the WASPA registered content provider in question. If a service is not compliant WASPA has ways to punish the provider and they take action against the offence.Mira Networks takes compliancy issues very serious and enforce our clients to practice fair and above the board practices. Mira Networks ask consumers to read the advertised charges for content on the adverts before the download, and to ensure that they are aware of the full charges and implications thereof before they accept charges for the content they ordered.
